Monday, June 8th - Day 1 (A-B-C-D) The special in the cafeteria at noon is grilled chicken caesar or spaghetti and garlic bread.
Tuesday, June 9th - Day 2 (B-A-D-C) The special in the cafeteria at noon is club wrap and salad or chicken stirfry.
Wednesday, June 10th - Day 1 (A-B-C-D) This is the first day of exams. All students enrolled in 600 and 800 level courses in block A will write during the morning. Grade 10 and 11 students will continue normal classes.
Thursday, June 11th - Day 2 (B-A-D-C) End of semester exams continue. All students enrolled in 600 and 800 level courses in block B will write during the morning. Grade 10 and 11 students will continue normal classes.
Friday, June 12th - End of semester exams continue. All grades in block C will write during the morning.
Saturday, June 13th - The annual Athletic Awards Banquet is scheduled for the cafeteria. Students, athletes and coaches will congregate to recognize outstanding contributions from each team. Graduating athletes will also be recognized. The evening is highlighted by the presentation of male and female athlete of the year.
Noteworthy Items:
End of semester exams will continue next week. The following is the schedule: Monday, June 15 th - all students in block D; Tuesday, June 16th - Grade 10 and 11 students in block A; Wednesday, June 17th - Grade 10 and 11 students in block B.
Grads:
Grade 12 students are responsible to view and verify the grad list posted on the bulletin board outside the office to verify the accuracy of their name and how it will be read on graduation night. Students should also check parent’s names.
A transcript sign up sheet is available to indicate where graduates would like to have their transcripts sent for next year. Please check the bursary board for new arrivals regarding possible financial aid for next year.
If you have received a bursary or scholarship offer, please show verification of this award to Student Services. Only offers which have been verified will be announced at graduation. For more details on any of the above or other grad issues, please contact Mr. Donovan in Student Services.
Potential graduates will not be eligible to graduate if the student has not removed incompletes from courses required for graduation or if the student has a failing mark (below 50% on their final report card) in a course required for graduation. Students must meet all graduation requirements and must have incompletes removed by June 15th to be eligible to walk across the stage and graduate on June 22nd.
