Noteworthy Items:
Winter is here and with it comes some questionable mornings regarding weather and school closures. Due to the size of the Western School Board, it may be necessary to delay or close all schools or some of the schools. When a partial delay or closure is called, it will be done on the basis of family of schools. The Three Oaks family of schools are composed of: Three Oaks Senior High, Summerside Intermediate, Athena Consolidated, Miscouche Consolidated, Elm Street Elementary, Greenfield Elementary, and Parkside Elementary.
There are three other families of schools. They are: The Kinkora Family, The Kensington Family, and the Westisle Family.
Plan to attend the annual TOSH Christmas Classic. This tournament includes boys teams from Charlottetown Rural, Colonel Gray, Bluefield, Amherst, Lockview, Central Kings and Milwood. The tournament runs from Thursday, December 18th to Saturday, December 20th.
